Functional Lesion Assessment of Intermediate stenosis to guide Revascularisation
Design and Objective
Prospective, multi-center, double blind, randomised study to test the safety of deferral of stenting in physiological non-significant lesions in a clinical population of intermediate stenoses using iFR and FFR. The objective is to assess whether iFR is non-inferior to FFR when used to guide treatment of coronary stenosis with PCI.
Key inclusion criteria
-Age>18 years of age -Written informed consent -Eligible for coronary angiography and/or percutaneous coronary intervention -Coronary artery disease in one or more major vessels or their branches by coronary angiogram with coronary stenosis (40-70%) -Stable angina or ACS (non-culprit vessels only & outside primary intervention during acute STEMI)
